My handwriting (cheque writing) is quicker than my typing, logging on, passwords etc, so will stick with it for now (whilst it's still allowed!)
Paying cash into a Bank is always nice, the staff always give you funny looks, count it......count it again. You often have to answer questions regarding where you got it from for large amounts etc, its hilarious.
I like going to the counter in the Bank, I might change to Natwest, their adverts offer a cup of tea, some shopping and a natter.

Your hand writing may be quicker then logging in, however typing in a sum to pay will always be quicker then popping a cheque in the post box. If the national post strikes go ahead your cheque could be stuck for several weeks before they receive it.
Payments online are the way forward.0
