Cancelling Mobile Contract early???
Can anyone help?
I have a business contract with 3. It has 2 mobiles on it one mine and the other belongs to my wife. We have split and i don't want to be liable for her calls for the remainder of the contract. There is 12 months remainding and they have told me to cancel the contract there is a charge of £721.42.
They will not split the contract for the remainding time to bill two seperate people
I am stuck, Help????????????

If its a single contract in your name, then yes your stuck. Thats the only way to end the contact, sorry...0
