Bank error

Can someone please offer me some advise??
I was paid a small bonus from my job in August but the amount i recieved in my bank account was not what payroll sent.
My payroll office sent me a print out of the transaction which showed the amount they sent to the bank was more than what i received.
Even after showing my bank this they say it wasn't their error!
Where do i go from here?
