M&S treat Sterling travellers cheques bought with their card from M&S bureaux de change as purchases. As such you'll enjoy up to 55 days interest free. There is a 1% fee payable though. However, new account holders can enjoy 10 months interest free on these 'cash' transactions.
Saga treat cash advances the same as purchases, ie up to 55 days interest free, but charge a 2% fee.0
