Hi, I believe its a Blanco sink. Blanco only make stainless steel, ceramic and their Silgranite composite sinks.

Blanco also make 2 excellent cleaners, one for their steel sinks and the other for their Silgranite sinks.

So hopefully this will do it.

We use Blanco on ours, and it seems to do the job with no ill effects.

My new Franke black composite sink which was fitted a year ago quickly began to show light patches on the bowl, nothing would clean them off, neither could I work out what was causing them. A few days ago my husband had the bright idea of rubbing olive oil into the bowl and the light marks miraculously vanished.

I have even cleaned the sink with Cif since then and the marks haven't come back.

Thought this might help anyone having the same problem.

We have a composite sink from Ikea - now discontinued. Does anyone know what material they made theirs from?
