I am paying £10 a month into the said account, while they are charging me £28 a month plus intrest!! Is it just a pointless cause paying this in? How can the bank say this is "their money" that i owe them, when it is just totally made up of charges??0

It will be £20 plus interest from now on but remember to keep the score on the charges that they owe you cos if they do take you to court then the case will be defended by you so they cannot win.I am paying £10 a month into the said account, while they are charging me £28 a month plus intrest!! Oh dear!! After the reults of the case, where does that leave me?? Does it mean i have to pay all the money back???0
