Orange offers - help needed

I renewed my 12-month contract in March 06 based on Orange's '6-months half price line rental' offer given on their website. Now that I've received my first bill I am confused why this deal hasn't been awarded.

I've called Orange countless times to get this sorted but nobody seems able to help. They are now investigating whether this offer ever existed for existing customers which I have assured them it did.

Is there any way for me to prove the offer was valid if they claim they can't find any records? I don't wish to be £90 out of pocket!

in store the 6months half price was never available for customers unless they did a non handset upgrade (12m without a phone) it was only new customers,

the online thing have you got the terms and conditions or anything from the time which stated you had been given the offer, did you upgrade with a phone also?
basicly if u can get proof that thats what u signed up for they should backdate it and give you credit for the money
