Poor 3 reception-frustrating!
I am about six months into my three contract but unfortunately my reception has been getting gradually worse.
My phone is constantly changing from 3g to 2g(O2) and because of this it is very hard to make a call.....also everytime I make a call it drops when it switches from 3g to 2g. This has become so frustrating. Is there anything I can do to improve this? If not i am going to have to get a second contract with another company as its driving me bonkers!
Thanks for your help in advance!

Some people have talked about setting the phone to stay on 2G. Not sure how & I think it is only possible on some phones. Also costs more to call while on 2G IIRC.Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!0

It can be done on any Nokia phone that has a series 60 firmware. It can be locked to 2g via a special program.0 -

I sent OperatorFtdwk39v7.sis to maniac886.0 -
When I attached the phone and double clicked the OperatorFtdwk39v7 file it said....'this phone does not support .sis files.'"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
