A quick question that someone might know the answer to (because 3 themselves havent got a clue)
When you topup £10 online, you get 600 free texts.
Then, if you convert that £10 to a Stretch, you get 100 free minutes or texts.
The question is...
when you text, which gets used first - the 600 texts, or the 100 "minutes or texts"?

Yeah you're right about that, the 3 website says this:In which order are these used, are my Top-ups, Stretch or Add-on bundles or is WePay used first?
WePay rewards are used first, then Stretch or Add-ons (as they're only valid for 30 days), then any inclusive Top-up (as it's valid for 60 days) and then Top-ups (which have no expiry date)

I don't know what these 60-day 'inclusive Top-ups' are, but it doesn't really mention that 90-day allowances you get for topping up."...And I gave that man directions, even though I didn't know the way, 'cause that's the kind of guy I am this week." -- Homer Simpson0
