As has been said at the prices they charge for Value products it is as just as easy to buy and try and not buy again if you don't like.
Porridge oats are fine no matter what value range they come from.

The value bananas are the regular loose ones bagged up and sometimes I strike lucky and they are organic at the moment only 94pence a bag.0

Can someone explain the difference between Tesco value and their regular range? I buy their value flour (about 12p for a 1.5kg bag, compared to about 40p for regular).
The quality of the flour is fine, but I agree, rice crispies are disguisting.
Is it just a loss leader range to get people into the shop?
Will try jaffa cakes and bananas - thank you.

I think the idea behind the Value range is that it's cheaper because less money is spent on the packaging design. In some cases, the product is the same.0

:T :T :T Great - I'll continue using value stuff for baking, then. Don't care one bit about the packaging, as long as it keeps the contents properly. Would far rather spend my money on other things.

Doesn't that defeat the object?Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.0 -
Value white & milk chocolate = yummy
It is made in France and is better than the standard tesco own brand, which I think is made in the UK.0
