I'm not sure I'm 'flip-flopping' (whatever that is). I know who ad44downey is because I strongly agreed with a post he made and told him so, we exchanged a couple of PMs about it. So if ad44downey isn't banned, then whose sock puppet's have I been 'thanking'?

p.s. the only people I 'researched' were !!!!!!? and NDG because everyone was mentioning them in every second post on here and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I noticed that references to both of them have died down considerably over the last couple of months, hence NDG raising her head I suppose?

Anyway, why do you care so much about NDG, you seem to have jumped onto your white charger at the merest hint of criticism on my part.....?

MMMM I am sure you said something about having a 0.99% First direct tracker recently aimed at me . But then you are only just buying a house.

I do find your posts a bit inconsistent sometimes (EG NDG left in January I believe a fair time before you joined)
