Thanks! For those who come after me, make sure you use IE or firefox - you cant use google chrome browser to get the coupon. Nor can you get the offer if you get the voucher sent to your email address (the link brings you to another site which says offer cannot be found) Have emailed them to see what they say!

Thanks OP but having trouble printing it on my mac. Have tried through firefox but it keeps coming up with an error with my default printer. Never had a problem with it before

I get a message coming up for me to let them install a coupon printer.Call me cautious, but I'm not so sure that I like that idea. Has anyone else done it?

printed fine for me on IE. Once it said installed programme i refreshed the page and it then printed. I have deleted the software after printing so I wouldnt worry about it. My coupon is valid for 2 weeks.

Yes i did it a long time ago when I started using coupons.
