    I could get photos of the signs, but not sure how that would help Peter. I knew I had to pay and I did pay, the issue is that the council will not except that fact.

    Sorry, although I use a pc I'm not really computer literate. I didn't really understand any of that.

    What is it you need to see? I can tell you what is on the ticket.
  • Just look at the stickies , 4th one down, it sets it all out well. Take a digital pic Mobile phone etc #its easy, I expect even my mother in law could do it. Well maybe not quite, she has'nt sussed how to use a mouse yet!!!!!
