Having problems with my sky bb and ran a speed test can someone give me the low down

You don't quote the units for speed .85 what, if its Mbps its rather slow.
What service are you paying for, 2, 10, 20 Mbps or 8Mbps Connect?
Log on to your router and post your router statistics, this will help to diagnose your problems.
Refer to this to get your line statistics:

Install the pinger and follow the instructions, your router stats will look a bit like these, which are mine!

Looks like you are on Connect and your poor speed test results are a consequence of BT throttling your connection. Is that the case.As you can see you are syncing with the exchange at 8.128 Megabits per second.
Your noise margin is low given your line attenuation, could you try again in the master test socket?

First time I've done them. Keeps losing connection from Poker which costs me money LOL0

You're best bet would be to call Sky BBand,get the Tier 1 erks to raise a fault ticket & put you thru to the old Tier2. (now TSG when they merged with Tier3,where I worked)
They have access to BTWholesale tools & can assist with you fault.
Log the fault as 'Offnet-Intermittent connection'
