Isn't it a repeat? I thought this one was on last year or earlier this year?

no this is a new series. There was a Coal House on a while back and this one is a variation on that.Do what you love :happyhear0 -
Nope it's definately a repeat! I've seen it before and could tell you what happens next!
Although it may have been shown on Welsh BBC2 earlier in year/late 2008, and is now on 'normal' BBC.
Wikipedia says it was filmed in Oct 2008.

well its new to me:D and it says New Series in the TV mag. I find it very interesting how people lived - the children looked like 'real' children in their knitted bonnets, very sweet.Do what you love :happyhear0

I think it's a lovely programme, and a great way to teach kids about the past.
Enjoy the series, it's very good, and I won't spoil it!
It must have been on Welsh BBC first and is now 'new' to BBC, or else I've gone totally mad!

I got excited when it said "New Series" in my TV guide from saturday's paper, but I watched it and it is definitely a repeat of last year's series. Still love it though! I think I liked the first series the best though, especially the little boy who didn't like piggies!0
