PSPGo only lets you play games downloaded from sony, Game is never yours to own?
What happens when it dies, will you get all your games back that you legally paid for?
Thanks but no thanks.
most likely tied to your account like steam, xbox etc0 -
Yes, you will. Just as happens on the PSN now. So where's the problem?Photo_Stylus wrote: »What happens when it dies, will you get all your games back that you legally paid for?

Not exactly selling like hotcakes, People are wary,
How many people got stung with the e-book readers & losing stuff they paid for?0 -
Play actually often honour mistakes.
They had a thing 18months ago when the 8800GT GPU's came out and marked the Zotac brand wrong by over £70.
They were all honoured (but anyone that called was told to sod off and had their order cancelle).SaucySecrets wrote: »Yeah, until they take payment they have not accepted your order, so there isn't really anything you can do other then write to them and appeal to their better nature.
It doesn't matter even if the money is taken.
They can still refund up to the point the item is in transit.
A huge computer company beginning with D are one of the worst for this. They make MANY mistakes, take the money, but then cancel at the point of despatch because whoever puts the prices on their website is a poorly trained chimpanzee.
Which has NOTHING to do woth what the OP asked.None of the above applies, Play.com are based in the Channel Islands so the UK SOGA and laws do not apply.
(i thanked you by accident aswell which is annoying)0 -
I'm convinced Play advertise stuff for sale that they don't actually have. They list it at an attractive price to pull you in but they don't actually have any.
Way back when the game Manhunt 2 was banned and wasn't actually for sale in the UK and hadn't even been released Play were claiming they had it for sale. I emailed them a couple of times but it stayed listed.

I thought loss of bargain only actually (or perhaps theoretically) applied when you could have got the item at a lower price elsewhere.
As an example - Washing Machine inc. decide to reduce all their washing machines from £150 to £100. There are three local retailers that have them and you order from Shop A. Your delivery is confirmed but then delayed for two weeks, after which time Shop A tell you they no longer have stock of the reduced washing machine. In the meantime, the sale has ended, so you can now not buy a machine at the reduced price from anywhere else, meaning Shop A is reponsible for your loss of bargain. That's my understanding of the concept - I'm sure someone will let me know if I'm way off track!
I think you might be on to a hiding to nothing OP, but you never know - they might take pity on you and offer you something...!0
