Free sample of Baileys coffee

still waiting for my sample which I orderd to replace the one that never arrived. I also got a huge jiffy bag empty and opened where a freebie shopping bag was meant to be. I think tbh this ay have been partly due to the ppl not sealing the envleope very well.

I got mine BUT it was already opened!!! There was a bit left but I had to throw it away - don't know whose mouth had drunk it!!!

Really disappointed - how do i contact baileys to inform them about this??? - any email/address available??

mine arrive today too. well i should really say the envelope arrived today, as the baileys and voucher were both missing :mad:

I went to the website- go back to the link on the first page, then find the "contact us" tab along the bottom of the page, brings up a form to post a question. Have tried three times for this sample now, each application months apart. So far nothing has not turned up as yet.
