Free sample of Baileys coffee

Not sure if it helps anyone, but emailed the Baileys people to say I had not recieved two of my samples now. (I tried for this once in about April time and then again in Spetember sort of time.)

I got an email back saying they would look into this with the Royal Mail, I am not sure if thats just lip service- I didn't get that opinion from the email which seemed quite genuine, but I wonder if enough of us complain we can get the Royal Mail theives (not all of them- just the actual theives who stole my/our Baileys!) made to regret what they did!

Just wanted to repeat this as its now on the last page- People! If yours does not turn up/turns up half open and missing as those of you whose posts have stated this, please do complain- if our mail is getting stolen, even if its free, it still needs to be dealt with, its our property, its theft and it is not OK!

I have been getting lots of lovely samples through the post recently .. after finding this forum it is my new hobby! I love to try before I buy.

I have noticed though that, although I receive them, sometimes the packaging is opened. Almost as though a postie has had a little gander inside. The packing the Baileys sample is in is pretty non-discreet (think it may even mention the voucher on the outside of the packaging?), and only sealed with little stickies, so it is no suprise really. Does worry me though that any SUPER SAMPLES may never turn up, and I will just assume the promotion had ended.

Thanks. Mine arrived today. Making up a hamper of freebies I have received over the last few months. Giving it as an extra pressie to my daughter, now thats real MSE!!!:D

Not had mine yet and not had any samples for over a week and have wondered about the post as I had something delivered to me yesterday which wasnt for me despite having someone elses address and different post code.

At this time of year they start taking on temporary staff and who knows what happens to our much awaited post

Ours came open. I trust our posties though, and even though I know it has to go through a lot of places on the way to us, I do think it just popped open. Not great packaging, and arrived very crushed....
