02 charges for text messages abroad

Hi,

Please could you advise me?

Have been charged over 20 pounds by 02 on my last bill for text sent from Hong Kong to the UK, which I thought were in the inclusive minutes. They used to take six messages for each text sent from there, but on my May bill suddenly started charging 30p a text dating back to 1st February.

These texts were all within the monthly allowances (even taking 6 at a time), but when I emailed them 02 said they can charge for calls/texts up to three months ago from foreign providers.

I don't feel this is fair that they can start charging from three months ago like that. Where do I stand with this?
