Leaving O2 Carphone Warehouse contract early
Ok here goes...I took out a new contract 2 feb this year for 12 months and have decided I want to upgrade to an iphone. I spoke to them today and they said my upgrade date is not until 4 dec (although even that has confused me now as my billing date is the 22nd of the month) and wondered if anyone had any joy in negotiating a new contract early? My theory is if I can upgrade in 2 months then surely I can just pay the remaining 6 weeks between now and then?

Feb to Dec - about 9 months me thinks so they are right.
If you are happy paying it off etc - why not speak to O2 directly (they might want your extra dosh more).0
