Can a PAC number be used by someone else taking out a new mobile contract
Hi,
I've currently got a phone contract with o2 but my mother-in-law uses the phone. Is it possible for her to take out a new contract with another mobile company and use the PAC number than will be generated in a month when I cancel the contract??
Any advice would be appreciated.
