Best PAYG deal with internet access.

Hi

Can anyone tell me who offers the best PAYG internet package at the moment ?

I am thinking of cancelling my monthly contract and going on PAYG. I do use the handset for browsing the internet a fair bit so this would be my priority.

I have seen deals where for a minimum £15 top up a month you get free texts and internet.

Am I correct in thinking that say their calls are 25p/min I get 60 minutes of calls + unlimited free texts + free internet browsing for a £15 top-up each month ?

Thanks

AFAIK, Vodafone gives you £5/month unlimited mobile browsing on PAYG.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.
  • Three give you 150mb over 3 months with a top up of £10.....so top up £10 per 3 months and get the free web, plus free mins/texts ETC.

3 would have to be a 3G handset otherwise they'll block the sim.....wouldnt be a problem with any other provider to use an unlocked handset

    I'm querying this with Asda right now as the 20p per Mb doesn't seem quite what they're charging. Here's my query with them;

"Hi, Your tariff says that gprs should cost 20p per Mb but in reality it's closer (if not exactly) to 60p per Mb.
I have tracked my usage with 3 separate data capture utilities and noted the before and after balance on my account. It's clear that the charge being deducted is around 3 times more than you are quoting."

Will let you know if they every reply, I've asked a couple of times before...

Beware of Tesco unlimited browsing for £2. Fair usage is only 50MB. I ran out in a few days, then they charge £4 MB.
I assume you mean 50MB in total over 7 days? I see that here:

    http://www.tesco.com/mobilenetwork/content.aspx?page=100

    they say:
    Fair Usage Policy
    1. We may impose an upper limit on the amount of browsing that can be used as part of the Unlimited Browsing Pass. Any such limit will be clearly set out on www.tescomobile.com or in any marketing materials and will only be imposed to prevent atypical use and/or abuse.
not sure I can see where that limit is "clearly set out" though.

Get an O2 iphone sim. It will give free 3G and wifi for 1 year. Doesnt matter if it isnt used in an iphone. Otherwise, £10/month unlimited texts and 3G on T-Mobile.
