Awful Customer Service from Madasafish

So, I'l keep this brief.
Should be charged 9.65 a month and have been charged 14.65.
Should be billed on 21st of every month but am getting billed on the 8th.
No matter how many times I mention this to them they still apply for the payment early.
I've had enough of this- can anyone recommend where I can complain to- regulator, ombundsman etc?
Also, if there are any MAF reps on here, can someone explain why no body from their customer services has even acknowledged my email?
I'm very disappointing and likely to move supplier

If you are on the Max package, the current deal is £9.65 for the first 6 months, then £14.65 after that. It's not £9.65 until the end of the contract.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Hmm, this might be slightly more difficult to deal with as changing an invoice date isn't always easy as you think it would be.
