Help please - My ZTE F102 mobile unlocks every time i get a text!

Ive just got one of these phones on 3 mobile and its so anoying cus every time i recieve a text the phone unlocks (from a previously locked condition)! I called the 3 help line and they couldn't resolve the issue. Ive looked through the hand book and can't find how to fix it either.
I would appreciate if anyone can advise on how to change the setting to fix this please.
