apologise if this is wrong board, i am sure moderators will be kind enough to correct if so.

can anyone actually view their 02 bill online.?
i have been trying for days, but will not take me to page with bill on.
i continuosly click on the view my bill icon, but it just returns to same page again.
i have cleared my temp. internet files and cookies as advised on 02 help page, but still problem is not resolved.
any ideas?

also, what is online and offline tarriffs?
my contract was bought from the link over internet.
not sure if online are only ones bought directly from 02 or any that are bought over internet.
Nice to save.

Online tarriffs are the ones you get on the 02 website, offline from instore.

Though think you might have problems trying to use the 02 online billing as you bought through the link, maybe best to check with the link itself

If you brought through an outside shop (ie not from O2 directly) you've probably got the offline tariff? Do you receive paper bills? O2 only issues paper bills to offline tariff customers.

Online bill is available to view for both online and offline tariff customers. Sometimes when you click the 'view my bill' link a 'Not Found' page will appear, but you can get to the bill by pressing your browser's [Back] button.

I have 2 02 contracts and one online and one via phones4u and i can view both online, but i did have a problem with the 02 online one in the begining and had the same problem as you have seeing the same page over and over, what had happened was that they had actually set up 2 online accounts and i had used the wrong sign in and the correct sign in was one digit out, get on the phone and get them to confim what your actual login is as it took many calls to get to the bottom of this and one person even told me they could see my bill with the login details i had give him si i just called again and another person sussed that there was a 0 missing from what i was using.

With 02 online i got to choose user name i chose mynames6270 at 02 and what they set up was mynames62700 at 02 instead but as previous posted mentioned when i bought from phones 4u it was an automatic text sent within 24 hours of activation.

If you are trying to login what details are you using if you havent been sent any? Best give 02 a phone and hopefully they will be able to trace and resend or email you loggin details.

yes, i actually received a text with verification code, which i entered. i actually chose my username and password.
i can log on to the website and accepted by 02, its just that i cannot view my bill.
when i select that option, i just get returned to the same page, i have tried -refresh- but that doesnt help
    Nice to save.
  • I have the same problem. Never been able to view my bill online. I'm on O2carphone warehouse contract though don't see what difference that should make.
