I'm back from taking Mum to the homeopath. Starting to feel exhausted again - was really bad y'day, felt like someone had sucked all my energy out. I wonder if I'm fighting off DH's cold. Anyway, have bunged a casserole in the oven with some potatos so that I won't have to worry later. We can also eat it for the rest of the week if necessary! Chicken and Plum casserole, really yummy, altho I nearly forgot the plum sauce which would have been a disaster! Not sure I'm going to be able to do any flying today, but have tomorrow and friday free so will get on then. Going to do under the sofa too.
OH sent me a text last night which I got this morning when I switched the phone on. Couldn't bear to read it. Nothing new apart from wait and see how I feel in a week. I think he thinks I will feel differently by then.

Can't be bothered to wash up yet. Might try later on. Really want to keep the house tidy and not live in a hovel. Can't find the motivation to do anything yet
Can you block his number, or change yours and not tell him, so that you don't have to communicate with him? It's only going to make you feel worse if he keeps trying to get in touch. You need to completely break free and live your own life without him going on at you.

I know what you mean about lack of motivation - I get like that when I feel down. I find that if I do one thing, like washing up for five minutes, or putting the washing on, it makes me feel like I've acheived something, and then I can either go and sit down, or try and do something else. It really helps if you feel you've accomplished something - lifts your self esteem. Well done on the ebaying, that's great! You are doing better than me on that!
Oh and meant to say - I want PenPen back, she's a NOT a bully, very inspirational, whish I knew and could do all that she does. Come back to us PenPen, we miss you on here xx

What has happened? Has Penpen gone? Why? We all love her, well I do anyway, she's always been great and really helpful.

Hugs Smartie, hope you are feeling a bit brighter soon xx

Wednesday ~ Living room, hall and stairs!
    DONE

    Extras
    1. [STRIKE] 32 fling boogie! [/STRIKE][STRIKE]
    2. Sort through a drawer or cupboard [/STRIKE]chucked out load of magazines from the rack and emptied a cupboard out and threw aout old directories and paint strips etc. All cupboards sorted in LR now
Completed this list by dragging myself around to do it. Off to tackle my bedroom next. My determination to not live in squalor and fall into bad habits I had prior to joining this thread is keeping me going. Will not live in squalor amongst the dust and cobwebs.

I know everyone means well and is telling me for my own good but I am not at the stage yet where I don't want to hear from him. I want him to turn around and be with me. If things don't change I will be at that stage because there will be no other option but I don't want to even think too much about this at the moment. I am pretty sure I will have to pretty soon
