Afternoon all, not caught up yet so hope everyone's OK.

I did all the bedrooms and the landing this morning. Two loads of washing done, dried and put away.

I also did the living room, computer desk and hallway (did the stairs yesterday) so I'll claim that when the right day comes round.

    My skirting are lovely ;)

It's been a lovely day again, nothing smells better than line dried bedding.

Off to catch up a bit now.

I'm not on Facebook either Lady L so I need to hear from you too, even if it's just hello.

  • Lady-L... for what it's worth, I've missed your posts and I miss you being around on here. You have every blasted right to moan/feel sad/etc etc etc . It's another of those times where we all wish we could magic everything right again. (((hugs))) from me. So sorry to hear you're not able to make the trip. Life can be so sodding cruel. Wish I had something positive and uplifting to say hun.
I will be doing the visualisation tonight babes, so brace yourself... strong flylady healing vibes coming your way. :D

  • Ironing all done (thanks for the kick Jassa)
Bed just stripped - waiting for WM to finish before bedding in
Having belated lunch then tackling the living rooms

Smartie - not 100% sure myself but think visualisation sounds a bit like long-distance reiki - you set a time and your collective healing thoughts will offer some help to those who are the subject of the visualisation - a bit like offering a collective prayer to someone or a targetted meditation (but I could be way off base)

    Back soon

A day late, but I can join in please? Just been made redundant so have time to spend doing .... oh, the cleaning, fabby ... ;)

Jo and I both had this problem in August... we both decided that work was a better option that housework, so have found other things to do! (Jo's been back at work for 6 weeks now. I'm on my third week). It can be done, so good luck if you're planning on looking (and bear in mind, job hunting takes time, so you may not be able to get much housework done!)
AnWsMum Thank you.....I've just skimmed through & seen I am subject for a visualisation tonight :A

I haven't been posting because I'm sure you are all fed up with me moaning by now.....but all of you on FB will know I have been really suffering the last few days, I can't sleep or eat & find myself in tears all the time, partly due to the pain & partly pure frustration at the way things are turning out......so a huge thanks to you all for taking the time to think of me :A

My continued love & thoughts are with toots & Mudders you know where I am (((hugs))) xx

Please keep posting... as others have said, we worry when we don't hear from you.

Fedup - drink plenty of water. If you're eyes are sore because you've been crying, you need to make sure you rehydrate. And keep talking to us, we're here to listen and provide feedback (only if you want it though).

Visualisation - we probably need to plan timings if we're going to do all three, and put up a post explaining the process for anyone who hasn't done it before. I'm not sure what time I'll be home, so if someone (AnW's mum?) could put it together, that would be great. If I'm not going to be around at 9pm I'll drop a note through to whoever is going to lead it to explain how to co-ordinate it...
