barclays first addition mobile insurance
my claim was approved last week by barclays first additions but they don't have the blackberry bold 9000 in stock.
the offered me £316 or a nokia n97.
but i only want a blackberry bold 9000 which i made the claim on.
they said it can take upto 6 weeks if i want the blackberry
what can i do?

If they haven't got it, they haven't got it.
Sounds like you can either wait up 6 weeks or take the money and buy a new sim free 9000.0 -
buy a mint condition one off ebay and rest in peace with over £100 profit.0

i love the blackberry bold 9000 but it is prone to getting faulty so i don't really want to buy one from ebay and can't buy a new one as they cost around £400.
think i'l just have to wait till they get it in stock.
in the mean time i have to carry on using my Prehistoric nokia 16000 -

i just gave them a call and said that the the bb9000 cost around £400 and as u only offered 319 i can't get another one so they offered my £362 which i have appcepted0
