I don't think I'll get money as I'm not vulnerable (by their definition or my own) and I wasn't out of pocket that much as I have electric oven so didn't need to make alternative arrangements and can survive on luke-warm showers and boiling kettles for a bath but I do expect some acknowledgement of the lack of service and perhaps an apology for the lack of them following their own procedures (to quote the workman "we did put a letter through," "er no you didn't" "oh, we should have put a letter through".) I'd just rather that this didn't happen to someone else.Mortgage Free since January 2018!0
