  • open a disput in PP (ISNAD) the only way you can lose is if they (the seller) send it to PP HQ somewhere in Omaha I think and they will say whether its real or fake (which they wont do...) so the usual PP claim should do it

This happened to me in Feb and took 3 months to get my money back so be prepared for a long wait!! You need to open a paypal dispute, wait to hear what the seller says, you never know they may refund you. If not Paypal will then ask you to get proof from a Link authorised dealer that it is a fake and you will need to fax it to them. You only get about 3 days to get the proof to them or they will shut the case so you need to be on the ball with it.

    Good luck...

Paypal will ask the seller to prove otherwise if they deny it, pp will always assume the Buyer is truthful

i have contacted them through ebay saying item not as described and asked them to refund me. if they don't do this by monday i will open a dispute.

i have asked my local retailer who are a department store and they have said the management have said they are not allowed to give proof it is fake. i think i will phone up Links of London on monday and see what they say.

That is probably the only other person that can get eBay to remove items, however you will get your money back anyway but is nonetheless a smart idea.
