PLEASE HELP!
I lost my job in June 2009, i am a single parent. Tax credits said i was entitled to 4 weeks run on of my WTC. I lost my job on the 22nd june and my IS wasnt paid to me til 22nd July due to this run on so i spent 4 weeks with no money and yes i am STILL waiting for it?? I havent even had a letter saying y the delay and when i ring they say they cant chase and i have to wait!!! I am pulling my hair out please help. Thank you0 -
KellzG, phone the helpline and make a complaint. They will send an escalation to get this chased up. Tell them you are a single parent claiming IS. They may be able to get this chased up quicker.0
