Well phoned up and they had the MAC on their system still not got an email yet though!! and its been a few hours since I called them!
Called up BT and the order has been placed and got an activation date!!
Hope it all goes ok though!0 -
Have to say I agree AOL is awful!
One thing, I forgot to ask when I was on the phone and think someone on here may know the answer.
When leaving AOL can I still acess my aol email address via webmail? sorry if its a dumb question0 -

Yes you can.
Do not forget to phone AOL after BT activate your broadband line and cancel the AOL account, they should give you a ref number to confirm that the account is closed.

Yeh BT should be active next Friday but I'm in Spain, get back next Sat so will do it all on SUnday and going to call aol as soon as its done
