Is a John Lewis 5 year gtee on tv's any good?

as i bought a tv from jl a few months back its good to hear the positive comments about the guarentee as this was one of the main reasons for choosing them:j

You'll have no problem from John Lewis - I always end up buying these sort of things from JL - you cannot beat the guarantee and often they're the cheapest.

BTW Sony shops are not owned by Sony. They are franchises. What would Sony think of a franchisee like the one you have encountered?

Just bought toshiba 32WLT66 LCD from JL _ they pricematched a store about 200 miles away - down from £1095 - £839 and a free 5 year guarantee you just cant beat their customer service and i would reccomend them to anyone !!!

when I was going to buy a Lcd tv I browsed the web comparing prices,what

I found that you can get the same tv from Sony for example cheaper than J

L,JL give you a 5 year guar.but if you took the option of Sonys 5year guar. it

is the same price.

JL do not match the price if you buy online!!

you can get that TV in Currys for £818 +free delivery.
