The email address for personal attention from BT CS is a well advertised btcare@bt.com. No doubt any ongoing discussion will take place using that channel so why not start there to begin with?

I am the official company representative of BT. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

thanks for your assistance in getting this matter sorted.

although other parts of the bt team are no good at customer service, your team were, had no hassle and was sorted straight away, thanks again

Why via MSE? Wouldn't btcare@bt.com be a more appropriate channel for personal attention?
