    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    It was a very fast one! had 8 tiny running shoes on!

    Actually Bookie, despite that fact I drank more than I have in ages, I feel ok.

    Cried buckets and eyes are like pizzholes in the snow but feel better for it.

    I have some lovely friends that let me rant a bit...a lot actually. ho hum.

    Morning all

    Just read that Stephen Gately from Boyzone died yesterday.....how sad.

    DH had a fairly decent night but was drugged up to the eyeballs so not surprised...he's agreed that we're off to the GP on monday to see about getting a wheelchair.
