Dear all, I have had 2 touch screen phones over the past 3 years on contract and on both of them (one an Orange smartphone, the other LG Viewty) the screens have failed at around the 12 -15 month point. I'm now at 15 month - at last - with the Viewty and looking around for the next phone on contract. Has anyone else had the same problem or is it just my bad luck. The screens have both bleached out so it's virtually impossible to read them and in the case of the smartphone, it has lost all sensitivity to touch so need to use the keys. I've reverted to using an old phone (non touch screen) till the end of my contract.
I feel wary about getting another touch screen - has anyone else experienced the same?
Thanks
DS

I havent, not had any problems with mines and its a touch screenWhen dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0
