If he's not even properly registered on the course, then surely the college can ask him to stop attending?
Even if you don't have the tutor's contact details, you could phone the college switchboard / department / registry and ask how you get a message to the tutor. Ask them to phone you about something which is making you feel uncomfortable within the class.
It may be that this chap is already known to them, he may just be socially inept, but either way you need to let the tutor know, and you don't have to wait until the end of the session to do it.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Most good tutors give their contact details as part of the induction on the first session.0
