Problems with YouGov
Comments
-
I'm having the same problem - I just realised I hadn't had any survey invites from yougov for a while, so went to log in and it appears my account doesn't exist anymore. I've emailed them but not too hopeful they'll get back to me. I only had about a tenner in there, but I always really enjoyed doing yougov surveys, so I really hope it gets sorted.0

I'm in exactly the same boat. I've been with them for around three years and was up to about £42.00. The cheque was in sight but now they don't seem to acknowledge that I exist.
It's actually been about six months or more since I've had a survey. I've also tried emailing to no avail."Rain is grace; rain is the sky descending to the earth; without rain, there would be no life."0 -
I'm with YOUGOV & I've not had many surveys sent. Those I have had have been "prize draw" entries & no 50p for completing them. For the past few months I've not had 1 that offered 50p.
Same here! None of the surveys I get ask me to log in first, so I have no idea if they're worth anything (prize draw entries, 50p etc). It puts me off doing them TBH.If it doesn't move, eBay it until it does

:mad:I'm sorry to hear that others are having the same trouble. I don't understand why YouGov are treating us like this. I've done so many surveys for them, including the long boring ones for the prize draw I knew I had no chance of winning, but entered because I wanted to keep getting surveys. I've also let my kids do surveys for them.
My last invite was a few months ago and when I've emailed I've told them that and included the invitation email trying to make the point - 'if I'm not registered like your system says why would I have this?' Still no reply.
I also tried to re-register because I thought that it would flag up my account and say I was already a member, but that didn't work either.
For the moment I'm reduced to emailing them every day. Phoning them was useless as the phone just rung out.
I suspect that's what happened is that when they switched over to the new style accounts they left some members behind and can't be bothered to fix the problem.0 -

It now all works fine. I'm sure it is just a misunderstanding. Try writing to Emily Young.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
I'm glad you actually got a reply from them Stebiz and that its sorted out. They have just ignored the emails I have sent over the course of a month and I'm starting to think they're just going to keep ignoring me. I think its really ignorant what they are doing to me and to others.
I will try and write to Emily, but with the postal strike on who knows when she'll get the letter.0 -
:mad:I wrote to YouGov and got nowhere. Now as well as not answering my emails they are ignoring my letter.
I can't believe they could be so ignorant to someone who has been a pannelist for 4 years.0
