    Hi,

The site is a little different.

i was just sent a survey today. I completed it and it asked for my email & password which I duly filled in and it was accepted, no problem.

hope you sort yours out soon

Same here. The site has been updated considerably in the last month or so, including the change in log-in details.

i'm having problems, ever since the switch over to the new website.

cannot log in, have tried resetting passwords several times, clearing cookies/cache, tried with both firefox and IE. have emailed them today, but don't expect a reply, based on what the OP says. i am concerned as i feel i was nearing the £50 limit for claiming my reward (joined 3 years ago so has taken a long time to reach the limit) and my sceptical side wonders if this is why i can't log on.
:DThanks to all posters for your help! :D

    :mad:Hi Hoopie,
I'm sorry to hear you are having the same problems as me. I am still having trouble getting them to reply to my emails. If I have any luck I will post on the board.
  • I am also near the £50 reward and can't log on using either my email address or my old login name. When I ask to reset password I am told my email address is not registered!
this is the same email address that they send survey invites to! I have sent 2 emails in the last 2 weeks and am about to send a 3rd.
Thanks Stebiz for the contact details . I may also phone them
Must learn not to count chickens before they are hatched!!!!:D

Every day is a new challenge not a new problem!:p

    SW start 08/01/14 4/21lbs (1st target) :j

    hi,

i've actually had a breakthrough. they replied within an hour of me emailing. someone called emily. they resetted the password for me and i logged on. i have £2.50 to go! should probably take another year at the rate i've been getting surveys recently.

sorry you and tryingtobegood are not having much luck getting through. don't know what to suggest as i'm surprised they got back to me so quickly.

I'm with YOUGOV & I've not had many surveys sent. Those I have had have been "prize draw" entries & no 50p for completing them. For the past few months I've not had 1 that offered 50p.
  • YouGov don't send surveys very often in a good month I get two from them but normally its one a month or not at all. Also don't forget that they now use points instead of cash for some unknown reason.
  • :mad:Hi,
Just an update. I'm still not able to log into YouGov and they have ignored all of my emails for the past month. So far I have emailed about 20 times. I am so angry that despite doing so many surveys for them they have just closed my account - I reckon I was well on my way to the 50 quid.

The friend I referred is also having the same problem and they won't reply to their emails either, so I feel very guilty about them.

With the postal strike on I can't send them a letter because it will end up getting lost/stuck in the mail.

Tonight I emailed from a different email address because I'm worried that my email address for my account is being blocked by them. My next step is to beg someone I know who is also on YouGov to let me use their email address, so that won't be blocked.

I can't believe that YouGov are treating someone like me who has been a member for years like garbage. I suppose I should let it go, but I am unwilling to let all those surveys I have done count for nothing. Some of them took me ages to do.
