How do I put 'quote' in a box

When replying to an MSE post and quoting previous text, how do I get it into a neat little box? I have tried many times and looked for help, but just can't find out!

When you click quote it'll give you this:

But you can add quote lines but doing this:

[ Q U O T E = b u s i s c o m i n g 2 ; 2 5 8 2 8 8 8 1 ] whatever you want to quote [ / Q U O T E]

Which gives this

Obviously remove the spaces between the letters in the [ ] I've added those so you can see how it works!

try following the instructions you were given...

please note the ...er...quote boxes either side of the text!

(and remove the space before each ] )

Just click the "Quote" button on the post you wish to Quote!

You didn't put the square brackets around the word QUOTE and /QUOTE, follow my example above, but remove the spaces, all the info is there...

Else just click the Quote button.
