Click the appropriate "where will you post to" boxes when you list. Go and start a listing and work you way through it and if you take your time you will see them.
  • You need to block bidders to whom you don't post. In your Seller Account preferences select 'Block bidders to whom I don't post'.

Don't think you can, it's part of the UK...

N.I. is classed as part of the UK & costs the same to post to as anywhere else in UK.

It's not the same for courier though, which is a shame.
I was thinking of posting courier items as "local pick-up" only or to arrange own courier if wanted.

Please be careful with allowing people to send their own couriers, have you thought about the risks and limitations this will place on you?

Not only have you got the problem with the paypal issue unless you can get tracking from someone elses courier, you also have to be in all day to wait for collection, plus you'll need to have the item wrapped and boxed to the couriers guidelines.

Why oh why do you want to block people who are not in the UK?

I can understand if an item is say furniture and very heavy.

But normal stuff. Half my living comes from International buyers and they are no more difficult than UK buyers.
