I need help with my Nokia 3555b. Please!

I bought this cell phone Nokia 3555b, online, It was from "Cincinnati Bell", But i have SIM card from T-Mobile.
When i started it with T-Mobile SIM, It asked the restriction code.

Nokia 3555b.
IMEI: 353530/02/062712/0

    It's locked to the network.. You need to get it unlocked.

    Normally you'd ask the network for the unlock code, but by the sound of it, it's from the US. So 5 to 20 quid at a phone shop to get it unlocked.
