Get a clay kit from Halfords, that should get it off the paintwork.

flour is quite hard to come off when its been wet, it does stick pretty well.
i would be trying a very warm high pressure washer. it might be worth taking it to one of the local money laundering car wash type places, you know the ones that operate from old petrol stations in most towns. usually cost around £3 or £4.

I've had this done to my car in the past. As Goldspanners says, a hot jetwash is your best bet. I decided I didn't care that much, I jetwashed the windows clear and used the remaining time on the bodywork. What didn't come off there and then disapeared over the next week or so. I've never been much for washing cars anyway
It doesn't contain any nasty chemicals, it's just flour, I seriously doubt it's going to harm your paintwork.

So what kind of person gets off on covering a car in flour????:confused::confused::confused:

Jeeeez, some weird folks out there.

Baby powder with a few buttocks marks on the bonnet I could "just" understand, but flour, no, just too claggy:rolleyes:;)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

I had brown sauce and baked beans poured over my car the other day, what a pain to get off the residue. I just spent ages on individual spots with lots of water. Why do people do this?
  • Have the Police bean to find put what the source of the problem was...?! :P
