3 network overcharging query
Hi,
I need some advice.....for about 3 months now my phone bill has come to a total of £150 (a bit more or less each month)most of this charge has come from me going over my minutes (obviously) but i am doing that by for example if i am trying to call someone and I get their answer phone even if I am on the phone for 20sec i get charged per min (which is says under their billing conditions) however is it right that they can charge you for 2 calls at each being a minute long used at the same time (i.e. 2 calls made at 12.36 each for 1 min duration) surely this is damn right cheeky!! Would appreciate people views

You will be charged per minute or part of a minute used, per call.
So if you do 3, 5sec calls. You will use up 3 minutes of your allowance. And as far as I am aware it is okay to do it. Its probably a lot more effort for billing to count every second, instead of every minute.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
