In need of some expert help
Hey,
I took out an 18month contract with vodafone, and to be fair, apart from some nuisance calls, all has been fine.
The main reason im posting is for an answer which i haven't een able to find on the internet.
I have just moved address 10 miles away and can get no signal whatsoever. It isnt as if ive moved out into the abyss, the village has at least 500 houses. Where to i stand with regards to my contract. Would they ignore me because its "my fault" or is there something they could do for me?
Thanks guys,
looking forward to becoming an active member on the forum

Its not Vodafone's fault you have moved and are unable to get a signal at your new address.
Vodafone are a mobile operator and not a fixed line operator and still provide a service away from your home address.
Access Gateway would provide a signal to you new address, details of which are available on ther website.0 -
I'm not sure of the precise ins and outs, but unless Vodafone removed service to the area, it's not actually their fault that you can't get a signal so they are not obliged to void your contract.
That said, they will probably try to help you as Ann S points out by selling you the Access Gateway option (assuming you have broadband internet at your new home).
Do you know if other Vodafone users can get a signal where you are? Have you asked your neighbours?"Who throws a shoe, honestly?"
