Fed up with this useless service what would happen if i cancelled my next direct debit as i cant get hold of them to apply for a mac code
Or even better every mse's cancelling their direct debits a class action, they cant take all of us to court. Or does someone else have a btter idea.

Depends if you are still in the 12 (or 18 month) contract? If you are I wouldn't cancel dd. Contact broadbandsupport by e-mail and wait for a reply(like many others I would imagine).0
