They do not process ALL benefit claims, they will process benefit claims for their designated area, am not sure why you felt the need to post this though as anyone with a claim dealt with by this office will have these details anyway!Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!0

Sorry purwaha, I don't know/see the problem. Anyone who has their benefit processed at this BDC will know the contact details- it's printed on all thier letters.
The only phone number all the BDC's would accept for incoming calls is only the 0845 one. If you try and use any other you'll be told to use the 0845 number. This is because the BDC's phone teams are set up to take calls on 0845 only, and the processing teams are not resourced to take incoming calls.
The DWP/JCP/BDC would not reply to you by email because they are not allowed to use email with personal details externally. The email address you have given also doesn't look correct as it says 'dss'. It's not been 'dss' for years, so I think that email address is out of date.0 -
I work in a BDC (not Canterbury) and that email address is not a current BDC email adress as they do not have DSS in the email addresses.0
