how do i get my faulty phone replaced?

I purchased a 'clearance' mobile phone from Mobiles.co.uk with a 'free' gift of nintendo wii, when they arrived i followed all the set up instructions but the phone wouldnt charge and subsequently wouldn't turn on.
I emailed them at the earliest time i could, when they replied 2 days later they said they couldnt send me a replacement as there was none in stock but quoted the wrong handset. i emailed them their mistake in handset but heard nothing for another 4 days. During which time I emailed their customer service, twice, firstly to complain of their level of service and the 2nd time to say i was wanting to cancel my contract as I had a phone that wouldn't turn and line rental i couldnt use, but was still paying for. Still no response.
I emailed again the returns department telling them I wanted to end my contract due to poor service and finally got a response saying i couldn't cancel my contract as i had used the phone and sim. If only!!!!! and that they couldnt arrange an exchange if the handset was not in stock. they gave me the email address of the supervisor there whom i explained it all to but have not had any response from.

What do i do now??
