Hi,
I recently bought a samsung jet from mobiles.co.uk on 28/09/2009. When i bough it, it said on the website that the cashback details would be sent along with the new phone.
However I didnt receive any such details and I am not sure which bills I have to send to mobiles.co.uk in order to claim the cashback.
Thanks!

You can check for the details in the Terms and conditions on the MOBILES.CO.UK website. I think they even allow you to email them the bills which is pretty good, check out the site and it should be pretty clear, so dont worry too much (yet)0

if you email them they will comfirm which month bills to send. And yes you can email them the bils so it saves on postage.0

Just make sure you know exactly what you're doing BEFORE you get into it. Don't rely on what the company tells you - follow ALL the groundrules starting with prinitng off the t&c at the point of sale and keep copies of everything you do. You are already not following the groundrules since you don't really understand how this works. I recommend that (unless you decide to play safe and cancel) you immediately find all the relevant t&c on their website and print them off. Then make certain you understand them fully. Apart from anything else, if it's a T-Mobile contract there is a strong possibilty that you may not get the final bill you need to claim. This isn't as simple as it seems and it is very dangerous to rely on what any dealer sends you after the event. Written confirmation of everything with any contract so that you can prove what you signed up to should it be necessary is essential.0
