Two week old phone faulty and out of warranty

I wonder if anyone on here can help? Recently (less than 2 weeks ago) I replaced my faulty iPhone (everything worked fine apart from the GPS), the replacement phone has now died! And O2 are telling me that the warranty has now expired and they won't give me another replacement. What can I do about it? Surely there is some…
